Case Studies
AEF - Transnational Cooperation Activities (TCA) moderation
Conception and moderation of an international seminar with all the coordinators of the erasmus program across Europe. During these 3 days we designed a seminar that could create innovative and interactive ways to meet, share ideas and challenges as well as create new partnerships.

Commission délibérative du parlement Bruxellois
We have facilitated a 45 randomly selected Brussels citizens and 15 members of the Brussels Parliament to discuss diferent topics in a deliberative commission a citizens’ interpellation such as: “The Brussels-Capital Region has at least 5,313 homeless and poorly housed people. What measures do we want to take to resolve this situation in the long term?”

Supporting the NGO to see emerge different cooking groups, autonomize them and create a common direction while respecting the diversity and identity of every single group.

Cisco Innovation Sutdio
We help CISCO train and support 10 people during an innovation program, to show them the potential of entrepreneurship as a career path within their own organization. Following a first immersive experience where they participated in a hackathon, we trained these 10 individuals to become facilitators themselves and supported them to organize their own innovation challenge
